Manuel Boelsterly
As Vice President of Fabcoat México, he leads Business Development, Operations, and Strategic Growth initiatives, driving the expansion of Fabcast Solutions Group within one of the most dynamic manufacturing markets in North America.
Proudly Mexican and an Industrial Engineer by training, he brings international experience gained working with OEMs in Germany, as well as key leadership roles at ABB and BMW. Fully bilingual and deeply knowledgeable in the Maquiladora and IMMEX business models, spearheading innovation and operational excellence to exceed our customers’ expectations every day.
Shen Qing Feng
With 20+ years of experience in surface finishing, Shen brings deep expertise in powder coating, E-Coating, and shot blasting, combining hands-on knowledge with cutting-edge technology from China. His technical approach, operational precision, and comprehensive understanding of coating processes ensure high-performance solutions, consistent quality, and results that meet the most demanding industry standards.
